Batle Tank Robot - "Goal-A" Rigging the battle tank's Tire

hello! =) this model i made is a battle tank which I named Goal-A. At first what i really wanted is to find out how to make a synchronise rotation of the battle tank's tire relative to it's distances travelled. When i discovered how to make it even though it took me almost 2 hours to find out what are the correct constraints i should use to make it ready for animation, i still decided to make it complete by adding more complete details, materials and animating it.
the whole composition of the tire's tank is made up of empty, bezier curve, plane, array modifier and constraints.
